Receiving certificates

The courses are reward based as a means of primarily motivating young people to engage in the work and also specifically to arouse strong emotions in the young people that can then be dealt with through the medium of the course. All courses are delivered on location.

It is important that the staff who are forwarding young people onto the course are aware of the course content so that they are best disposed to support the young people when they return to the classroom environment.

The course is not a quick fix but should provide a platform for the future long-term development of the young people involved.

At Developing χcellence In Youth Ltd the easiest part will always be the delivery of each course element.

The hardest part will be your ability to model those elements... That will be when you can start to teach those around you.
